Meet SV Aesthetic Clinic, a boutique aesthetic clinic run entirely by husband and wife team San and Venkat Dwarampudi. Nestled in the heart of Hale, Greater Manchester – a stone’s throw from FI HQ – they specialise in non-surgical facial enhancements, laser facials and laser hair restoration, meaning they have a pretty wide client base. Their treatments give clients the option to look and feel their best without undergoing costly, invasive surgeries. No pain, and minimal downtime, all while still maintaining a luxury vibe.

SV came to us with a problem facing many small independent businesses: they simply didn’t have the time to level up their social media.

After years spent building SV Clinic’s presence on TikTok and Instagram in-between sessions with clients, co-owner San was all out of ideas. SV’s content had personality, but it lacked consistency. For a business where trust and legitimacy is everything, their content needed to reflect this.

San had recently set up a separate Instagram account for SV Hair Revival – non-invasive laser hair growth therapy. The two accounts needed to be instantly recognisable as SV, while targeting entirely different audiences with unique pain points.

They needed a strategy that paired their unique personality and empowering ethos with educational content, positioning them as a credible solution to viewers’ aesthetic needs and turning clicks into conversions.
